To manage HR Administration, maintain employee records and ensure the People Team have the support need to run effectively

  • Payroll support, gathering information & data entry
  • ADMIN for New Starter Processes, On-boarding and Leavers
  • People Inbox Management
  • Responsible for all People Team Administration
  • Streamline people administration process
  • Support with organisation of training and people meetings
  • Creating regular weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the people team
  • Maintain accurate people records in the relevant systems
  • Support people team related training programmes, workshops and seminars
  • Ad-Hoc Projects for the people team

Use Microsoft office and EXCEL daily

You must also have; Solid IT Skills, Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Ability to multitask, Confident problem solver. An understanding of HR or recruitment is helpful, but not essential

8.30am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 30 mins lunch
