The role: This job has been carved out for a HR Business Partner with a breadth of experience across the HR Generalist skillset. Proven experience in a distribution, FMCG or Manufacturing environment is essential. A HR Generalist who can work in a fast paced, challenging environment and isn’t afraid to get their sleeves rolled up and get the job done. You must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to influence & build strong working relationships at all levels with the flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. Bringing a wealth of experience throughout your HR career to date, you’ll have a toolkit full of ideas and innovations to bring to the table.
