My client are a large law firm seeking a Legal PA to join their Corporate Banking/Finance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a recognised business based in the heart of the city.

The role:

- Diary management

- Assisting with travel arrangements including flights, hotels and visas

- Organising internal and external meetings

- Document proofreading when required

- Filing paper and electronic documents

- Tpying out corresspondence and making neccessary amendments

The candidate :

My client are looking for someone with confidence in their abilities who is not afraid to come in and hit the ground running. This is a fast paced environment so the candidate needs to be able to show they are able to multitask and work well under pressure.

In this role the candidate will be dealing with lots of people per day so managing expectations is vital.

- Experience working as a Legal Secretary/PA

- Experience working within a busy office environment

- Strong customer service skills
