We are in need of an interim solution for someone who can support our commercial assets team with estate management matters within the council. We will need someone initially for 3 days a week for a 4 month period with the option to extend beyond this if required. Please see below for expectations in terms of skills set: Essential:

  • RICS
  • Experience of Estate management including;
    • Lease negotiation and tenancy management,
    • Service charge reviews,

Desirable:
