Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects concerning the maintenance of the hotel and DAMU Spas luxurious environment, responding to guest requests, and carrying out preventative maintenance duties. This diverse role is essential to ensuring our guests experience a seamless and comfortable stay.Key ResponsibilitiesInvolvement in the review and appointment of contractors and suppliers and managing third party relationships to control costs and projects for the hotelUndertakes ad-hoc projects, as designated by the owner or General Manager.Lead a team on all technical aspects and advice for the department, providing support, training and guidance.Ensure compliance with legal requirements such as inspections, health and safety and fire safety audits.Plan for and assist to perform routine and preventative maintenance across all areas of the property including DAMU spa and CoOc members club.Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or technical assistance, delivering excellent service.Troubleshoot and maintain IT and music technology systems to ensure optimal functionality throughout our outlets.Digital and technological expertise is preferred due to the systems in place throughout the hotel and its outlets.
