As a **Maintenance Supervisor,** you will ensure to report directly to our Maintenance Manager and support a team of 6 other engineers. Our supervisor will need to provide both reactive and proactive maintenance to the whole hotel and all its departments and services.
**What will you be doing?**
- Carrying out inspections of the hotel to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain Air conditioning plant
- General refrigeration PPM
- Boiler plant checks and monitoring
- Water systems (L8) H&C water monitoring and inspection
- Adherence to the hotel PPM schedule
- Carry out electrical installations
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Full working knowledge of computer systems BMS/Opera/training will be provided
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Coach, train & develop our team members through regular 121’s and performance reviews.
- Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
