We work to prevent and reduce harm from chronic disease risks obesity blood borne viruses sexually transmitted infections and injury risks across our diverse communities. A critical part of this role is ensuring services are effective and culturally appropriate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples supporting system-level changes that reflect community priorities.You will also:Plan implement and evaluate health promotion programs and research initiatives.Strengthen partnerships with clinical services community groups and government agencies.Undertake data collection service evaluation and reporting to improve service effectiveness.Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff clients and partners through culturally safe practices.About youYou are a proactive and collaborative professional with a passion for health equity and prevention.
