Our graduate programme is all about learning new and developing your existing skills. Over a two-year period, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business.This Graduate opportunity is offered as a full-time permanent contract, based at our Chesterfield Office, with an excellent salary and benefits package. If successful, you will enjoy NeoDyne's "People First" company culture, built on mutual respect, trust, and honesty, where each individual actively contributes as a valued team member.What will I be doing?Over a two-year period, you will be placed in projects where you get to do meaningful work and contribute to the business. Projects will be spread across all areas of Industrial Automation and could include PLC and SCADA design, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), control logic programming, control panel hardware design, and site testing & commissioning. Generating technical documentation and dealing with customers will also be key parts of our graduate programme to help develop your soft skills. You will also have the opportunity to travel to customer sites to get involved in installation, testing, and commissioning. Full UK driving license and car, OR must be achieved within the first 12 months of employment. Desired0-3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing process improvement role or Work Placement.
