Assisting pupils with additional learning needs or those requiring extra guidance. Managing classrooms as a Cover Supervisor when required, following set lesson plans. Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation. Working with pastoral and safeguarding teams to support student wellbeing.
