DescriptionMake a Real Impact as an SEND or SEMH Tutor.Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of students with SEND or SEHM needs We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors to join our tutor database. Youll provide personalised 1:1 or small group support for Primary or Secondary students. These in-person sessions in Hackney offer the chance to work closely with students helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.This job is in-person in HackneyDay(s): Monday - Friday // FlexibleTime(s): During school hoursLevel: Primary and SecondaryStart date: Throughout the academic yearWhat Youll Do:Deliver up to 15 hours of tutoring per week with sessions split across the school dayPlan engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each studentProvide targeted support for students with SEND and/or SEMH needsAssess barriers to learning and create a positive and supportive learning environmentMonitor progress produce reports and adapt teaching strategies to achieve measurable outcomesRequirementsWere looking for someone who has: A Bachelors degree 1 years of tutoring / teaching experience Experience working with students with SEN and/or SEMH needs An ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The right to be self employed in the UK BenefitsWhat We Offer: A friendly dynamic team that values collaboration and personal growth The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students Competitive hourly rate: 30 - 35 per hour depending on role and experience About Tutors GreenOur mission is to provide first-class tuition primarily for disadvantaged students through discounted and pro-bono services across the UK.
