Lemonaid Beverages is looking for an ambitious and strategically minded UK Head of Sales to help drive the next phase of our UK expansion. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be responsible for securing key accounts in the foodservice and travel sectors, managing and developing the sales team, and contributing to our ambitious growth targets. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of commercial FMCG experience to make a significant impact in a fast-growing Social Enterprise with leadership ambitions.

Since 2009, weve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together weve raised over £9 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time. You can learn more about our journey and the Foundations work here.

And its not just words - every year, we pack our bags and visit our growers and project partners, like the Heiveld Cooperative in South Africa, to see the impact first-hand.

What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement. Today, our team of 115 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, a dozen of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights.

With fresh senior global leadership and a clear vision for the future, were entering an exciting phase of expansion. Were focused on winning key accounts and exploring new channels and formats - and we need the right person to join us on this journey


YOUR ROLE

Your main responsibilities & what your role as Head of Sales entails

  • Develop, own and execute strategies to win new key accounts in the foodservice and travel sectors
  • Build compelling stories, sell with impact and maintain strong, lasting relationships with major clients
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet performance targets and drive results
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Lemonaid Beverages long-term growth strategy
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure targets are met
  • Be the expert for your accounts; identify opportunities for growth and provide insights into market trends
  • Collaborate with our global, cross-functional teams to activate our brand strategy within your customers

ABOUTYOU

Were looking for someone who is passionate about growth, both professionally and for the brand who has

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within foodservice or travel
  • A proven track record in securing new business and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a desire to help others succeed
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and sales reporting
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, always looking for opportunities to drive results
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with desire to grow within the company
