Are you an experienced warehouse manager with a background in the mechanical or construction tools industry? We are looking for a driven Regional Warehouse Manager to lead operations across multiple sites within our UK network. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective flow of products from our warehouses to construction professionals across the region. In this senior role, you will manage logistics, inventory, and a high-performing team, ensuring that our industry-leading tools and systems are delivered with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead day-to-day operations of multiple regional warehouse facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders and distribution to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on safety.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to improve transportation, inbound/outbound shipping, and material handling processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive warehouse efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics technology to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on warehouse performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Significant experience in a senior warehouse management role, ideally within the construction tools or mechanical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams across multiple sites.
  • Expertise in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the latest supply chain technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • English Language is required.
