This is more than a clinical role. Its a frontline position in a mission to change how people age, perform, and take control of their long-term health. Youll be delivering elite-level health assessments to high-performing, health-conscious individuals, helping them optimise their biology, understand their data, and live longer, stronger, healthier lives. As part of our Longevity Team, you will carry out detailed one-to-one health assessments, including venous blood collection, physiological testing, and digital data capture, in one of the most forward-thinking clinical environments in the UK. Youll work independently in mobile clinical environments (North East-based) while being supported by a multidisciplinary team passionate about extending healthspan. This role is ideal for someone with deep clinical skills and a love for fitness, human performance, and scientific innovation. ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES Perform longevity-focused health assessments to an exceptional standard Deliver high-quality, confident phlebotomy (venepuncture) and ensure secure handling of blood samples Carry out body composition testing, grip strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance testing and other functional metrics Input clinical data into our digital systems in real-time to generate personalised outputs for each client Help patients understand their physiology in plain language, linking results to lifestyle and longevity Maintain clinical safety, infection control and regulatory best practice Manage your own equipment stock, clinic setup, and logistics Travel to client locations and ensure a seamless, professional experience Be a positive ambassador for our longevity brand and scientific vision Stay current with developments in functional health, biohacking, testing and longevity medicine About You A skilled Phlebotomist with at least 2 years hands-on venepuncture experience Degree-qualified in physiology, sports science, health science, or equivalent Comfortable in both clinical and gym environments, you speak the language of health and performance Knowledgeable (or deeply curious) about longevity, bio-optimisation, and lifestyle medicine Highly confident using data, digital tools, and health testing equipment A natural communicator who can make complex data feel accessible and exciting Punctual, self-managing, and confident working independently in the field Comfortable driving between locations, full UK driving licence required Based in or around required region (or willing to travel frequently into the region) Holds valid right to work in the UK Able to drive a van and provide sufficient parking (approximately size of a transit van) Skills/Experience Required:: Experience desired within corporate wellness, private health screening, functional medicine or performance coaching. 2 years experience in phlebotomy (venepuncture).
