This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQAs part of our People Services function youll be central to providing a seamless colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of People Service Administrators. Youll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consistent and efficient HR administrative services while driving continuous improvement across our core systems and processes.Reporting to the Head of People Services youll work closely with the People Operations Lead and People Systems Lead to enhance process efficiency across the broader People Operations team. Youll also assist with managing key administrative areas such as employee benefits the processing of Purchase Orders via our internal costing system and ensuring data integrity within our HRIS system iTrent.Lead support and develop a team of People Services Administrators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR servicesManage ticket queues using Halo ITSM assigning and prioritising workload to meet service level expectationsOversee HR transactions through iTrent including onboarding contract changes family friendly leavers and data maintenanceMonitor and coordinate Kronos Time & Attendance processes ensuring accuracy for downstream payroll activitiesRaise and process Purchase Orders in line with internal controls and budget tracking using the businesss costing systemAct as a key point of contact for escalated or complex People Services queries ensuring resolution and customer satisfactionWork closely with the People Operations Lead and People Systems Lead to review and refine end-to-end processesMaintain compliance with data protection and employment legislation across all areas of serviceSupport reporting audits and management information requests as required by internal stakeholdersQualifications : Experience in an leadership role in a fast-paced or high-volume environmen HR operations or shared services is preferred but not essentialKnowledge of systems such as iTrent (HRIS) and Kronos (T&A) with a focus on transactional processing and data accuracyProficiency in using Halo ITSM or other ticketing systems to manage case workflows and service deliveryExcellent people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teamsStrong organisation prioritisation and time management abilitiesConfident in managing HR administrationCollaborative mindset able to work effectively with system operational and payroll leads and other key stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvementGood understanding of HR compliance GDPR and data security principlesAdditional Information : What Youll Get in ReturnBe part of a high-performing and progressive People function at one of the UKs most ambitious retail groups.Exposure to leading HR systems and opportunities to shape service delivery in a growing team.A collaborative culture that values innovation accountability and development.Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
