Day-to-day of the role as a Sales and Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality sector across the South East.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like management and hospitality staff, to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
