Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include: Carry out routine maintenance requests as and when requires as well as all planned Complete all paperwork correctly and follow all Health and Safety Legislation Assist the Maintenance Manager in PAT testing and recording all electrical equipment in accordance with Health & Safety Policy. Support the Maintenance Manager in routine checks. To complete all comply with daily, weekly and monthly checks to comply with Fire Safety Regulations Complete all Water Safety checks Ensure all litter is removed from Hotel grounds. Assist the Maintenance Manager to test and maintain Emergency Lighting System. To action and complete any basic maintenance works such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical to ensure a safe and efficient system within the hotel.
