We’re partnering with a design-led architecture studio with a growing London presence, known for their international mixed-use, cultural and large scale urban projects. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Studio Coordinator or Studio Manager to support the smooth running of the practice and become the central point of organisation for the studio.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a creative environment, supporting directors, coordinating teams, managing studio life and helping to keep a busy practice running effortlessly day-to-day.The RoleYou’ll play a key part in ensuring the studio operates smoothly, creating a professional, organised and welcoming environment. Core responsibilities include:Front-of-house duties: greeting visitors, handling calls and email enquiries, maintaining a warm and professional first impressionManaging the studio calendar, team whereabouts and day-to-day coordinationSupporting directors and project teams with administration, HR processes and documentationOrganising meetings, outreach events and presentations, including room bookings, catering and logisticsCoordinating travel arrangements, expenses, filing and document supportOverseeing office suppliers, maintenance, housekeeping and ensuring the studio meets internal standardsSupporting document control and ensuring compliance with studio procedures and ISO systemsHelping maintain high levels of organisation, communication and efficiency across the officeAbout YouExperience in a Studio Coordinator or Studio Manager role within a creative or design-led environmentHighly organised, proactive and calm under pressure; someone who brings structure and clarity to a busy studioExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident working independently as well as collaboratively across teamsStrong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional and reliable mannerComfortable managing sensitive information and supporting HR-related administrationProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); bonus if you have basic Adobe skillsKnowledge of ISO processes, quality management or Smartsheet is beneficialWhy JoinJoin a respected design-driven architecture studio with global reachBe a key part of shaping studio culture and supporting an expanding London teamVaried, people focused role with real impact on day-to-day operationsCollaborative, creative environment with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilityIf you’d like to find out more, you can apply via MADE Careers or get in touch in confidence for an initial chat.
