At TryHackMe youll join a fast-growing platform with more than six million users giving you the space to push ideas influence our visual direction and create clean modern design and illustration seen across a truly global audience.What You Will Be DoingThis is a marketing-focused design role that blends brand design illustration digital creative and lightweight motion.You will design high-quality static and motion assets for social content emails paid ads landing pages platform visuals and events. Youll create clean vector illustrations icons and SVG graphics used across Marketing Growth and Content.Your work will support campaigns with seasonal visuals launch creative and branded assets that maintain quality and consistency across all touchpoints.You will contribute to the ongoing development of our brand guidelines and visual systems helping to shape how the TryHackMe brand evolves over time.Storyboarding or producing rough visuals is part of the role too taking ideas and briefs and turning them into clear polished creative concepts.How You Will WorkAll tasks come through Notion and into a single shared Slack channel with the context copy assets and expectations you need. Larger projects such as campaigns landing pages or Advent of Cyber are broken into phases so work stays clear and manageable. Smaller pieces move faster and during peak moments some deadlines simply cannot shift.Youll work closely with Marketing on daily creative needs with Growth on performance-led visual testing and with Content on illustrations and platform graphics.Feedback is practical early and consistent so work moves smoothly and late changes are avoided. You may collaborate with external illustrators or motion designers when needed.About YouWere looking for someone who enjoys producing clean modern and high-performing design. Someone who combines illustration and layout skills with strong brand awareness and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced iterative environment.Youll thrive here if you love variety enjoy taking a brief and running with it and want to see your work go live quickly.You will need: 35 years experience in graphic visual or brand design A portfolio showcasing clean modern high-impact digital work Fluent skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop After Effects) A strong eye for typography layout spacing and brand systems Illustration ability with a clean vector style Comfortable working from structured briefs and iterating based on feedback Experience producing social-first or performance-led creative is a plus Comfortable using Notion and Slack Able to manage shifting deadlines and keep a calm practical approachBonus points if: Youve worked in a start-up scale-up or agency environment You enjoy cybersecurity gaming or tech-adjacent content Youre confident delivering lightweight motion or micro-animationsBenefits and Perks Salary We hire across 35 countries.
