We’re hiring a Group Change Lead partnering with corporate functions to drive transformation across one of the UK's most recognisable brands. This is a senior, delivery-focused role requires somebody with a strong background in structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and visual communication.Alongside your team, you'll lead the design and execution of business-critical change programmes, partnering with functions such as Finance, HR and Tech, while also producing clear, engaging content, such as infographics, comms decks, and roadmaps, that help drive understanding and adoption across all levels of the business.A background in consulting and industry is preferred, given the pace, complexity, and stakeholder environment of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across a range of functions and client groupsCreate and manage structured change plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanismsDevelop high-quality visual communications-infographics, programme updates, and stakeholder materials-that simplify and support changePartner with senior stakeholders to assess readiness, manage risk, and ensure alignmentCoordinate internal teams and external delivery partners to maintain programme pace and integrityAct as a central point of accountability for all change-related activity across the businessExperience RequiredSignificant experience delivering complex, cross-functional change programmesStrong grasp of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Lean, Agile), with practical application in deliveryProven ability to create clear and engaging content to support change-especially visual formats like roadmaps and infographicsStrong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership and Exec levelPrevious experience in a top-tier consulting environment (e.g. Accenture, EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) is highly desirableExperience in consumer-focused organisations is advantageousWhat You’ll BringA structured, pragmatic approach to transformationExcellent communication skills-both written and visualStrong commercial awareness and the ability to operate at paceThe confidence and credibility to lead across business functions and senior stakeholdersThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the organisation during this significant period of change.
