Position: Product Analyst
The Role
Joining our Digital Product team, as our new Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the conversion rates of web and mobile traffic into actionable outcomes.
We’re passionate about experiments here at awaze (we’ll run at least 100 this year alone), and joining our team, you’ll get involved in deep analysis of user behaviours, A/B testing, and work collaboratively with our marketing engineering teams to optimise performance, increase booking conversion and drive business growth.

What you will be doing:
- Perform data analysis of our websites and mobile app, identifying opportunities to enhance our guests booking experience through deep analysis of diverse offerings.
- Influence business decisions through insightful website analytics, improving conversion rates and customer engagement across multiple devices.
- Enhance our conversion rate optimisation strategy across our distribution business.
- Report on A/B and MVT tests in order to offer actionable recommendations.
- Experimentation, it’s encouraged here.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to help prioritise new products and features with the aim of constantly improving the customer experience.
Key skills we need:
We are seeking a passionate Product Analyst with keen commercial acumen and a deep passion for data analytics.
We’re a team full of energy and with a passion for what we do, so it’s key that you’re enthusiastic, driven and keen to be part of a team. What else do you need in order to succeed in this role?
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a consumer facing web analytics role
- Strong knowledge and experience of Google Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (if you’ve got an understanding of SQL, that’s a bonus)
- A strategic Mindset, you are adept at formulating CRO strategies that are tightly aligned with business objectives.
- Leading innovative Testing Initiatives, you have a proven track record in designing and leading successful A/B and multivariate tests, using a creative approach to experimentation and problem solving.
- UX Research experience ideally using Contentsquare to optimize and improve the user journey.
- Good presentation skills
- An ability to turn numbers and data into a story for your stakeholders
- A passion for travel
