Job Summary

Vermelo RPO is seeking a skilled Product Test Analyst to join our team. As a Product Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through thorough testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Test Product Updates

You will work closely with our business teams to organize updates into sprints using our Service Now ticketing portal.

  • Update and Maintain Test Packs

You will be responsible for updating, running, and maintaining excel-based test packs to ensure accurate and efficient testing.

  • Report Issues and Analyze Product Updates

You will analyze product updates for testing purposes and report any issues in an appropriate manner to ensure timely resolution.

  • Write and Run New Testing Scripts

You will write and run new assertion-based testing within ReadyAPI to ensure the quality of our products.

  • Run Unit-Based Testing

You will run unit-based testing against Landscape or software house systems to ensure the integrity of our products.

  • Develop and Refine Testing Processes

You will work closely with our teams to develop and refine testing processes to ensure efficient and effective testing.

Regular Tasks

  • Track Testing Volume and Time Spent

You will keep track of testing volume and time spent on individual tickets to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

  • Return Testing Queries

You will return testing queries to our underwriting and product writing teams in a timely manner to ensure efficient resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential Qualifications
    • Excellent Excel Formula Knowledge

You will possess excellent excel formula knowledge to update and maintain test packs.

  • Proven Teamwork Experience

You will have a proven record of accomplishment in teamwork to work closely with our business teams.

  • Experience Working Under Pressure

You will have experience working under pressure with tight timescales to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Desirable Qualifications
    • ReadyAPI, Java, or Coding Experience

You will have experience with ReadyAPI, Java, or other coding languages to write and run new testing scripts.

  • Software House Front-End Systems Experience

You will have experience with software house front-end systems to run unit-based testing.

  • General Motor and Home Insurance Knowledge

You will have general knowledge of motor and home insurance to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
