Context


My client, a professional services company are starting an in-house studio that will re-energise their brand and take their marketing efforts to new heights.


They need a strong Senior Designer who can drive the brand forward conceptually, as well as interpreting existing concepts with flair and imagination.


Success will be an extension of the in-house studio’s remit over time, taking on higher profile briefs as they prove their capability to the business. The right candidate will be ready for that challenge and will give an equal amount of love to all briefs, however small.


Responsibilities


  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Generating fresh concepts.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
  • Liaising with Marketing team and other relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments.


Experience


• Extensive expertise ranging from branding to communications, both print and digital.


• You will have a deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, image, composition, hierarchy, and the principles of visual communication.


• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and has a good understanding of motion, digital and photography. Motion is a bonus.


• Some experience with photo shoots (when projects need it) and an understanding of print, motion and digital production environment.



The Package


Basic salary of up to £60,000pa plus excellent benefits including a free on-site gym and Bistro.
