Key Responsibilities:

  • First Notice of Loss (FNOL) handling and guiding clients through the claims process
  • Negotiation with Insures on clients behalf
  • Manage a wide range of claims, from fire and flood to personal injury
  • Support on larger complex cases

Requirements:

  • Claims exposure - not settlement authority needed
  • Flexibility in hybrid work arrangements after one year
  • Proactive and client-focused approach

Benefits:

  • Flexibility on hours
  • Salary £23,000 for 25 hours per week, with potential flexibility for the right candidate
  • Digressionary bonus
