Vehicle Replacement Network is an insurance vehicle replacement specialist, acting on behalf of UK insurance companies to replace total loss vehicles with brand new like for like replacements.

We currently have vacancies for Claims Handlers to join our ever-growing team. Within our contact centre the Claims Handlers undertake a variety of responsibilities; from explaining the insurance policy benefit process to a customer through to building relationships with dealerships across the UK so as to source the best replacement vehicle for the customer.

As a Claims Handler you will take ownership of the customer experience delivering a first class service, while ensuring the claim is settled in line with our Client’s requirements and the customer’s insurance policy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the main contact for insurance policy holders
- Capturing all relevant information and documenting on correct CRM system
- Liaise with dealerships on a daily basis to order vehicles and arrange deliveries
- Provide relevant and comprehensive updates to both insurer’s and customers
- Liaise with finance companies in regards to finance transfers
- Update company CRM systems
- Liaise with insurers in regards to accepting quotes and new vehicle details
- Maintain Insurer SLA’s
- Checking invoices are correct
- Chasing payments from Customers and Insurers
- Taking payments over the phone
- Keeping up to date with industry news
- Have experience within a Sales/Customer Service role
- Excellent phone manner
- Have a great track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Have clear, professional and friendly communication skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work to deadlines and achieve results under pressure
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- Show flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Have worked with internal CRM Systems before
