Based at a large Trust in the West Midlands, you will have responsibility for Estates Engineering Maintenance and compliance. You will support the Head of Estates and be supported by two Assistant TSM's and around 15 to 20 Engineers to deliver Hard FM & Lifecycle Services whilst delivering a high-quality and statutory compliant maintenance service.
