Manchester/LondonSUMMARYWere looking for an experienced commercially focused Senior Account Director to join our Client Development team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients (existing and prospective) as well as providing support to our Client Services Director with the day-to-day management and development of our Senior Account Managers. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of how client budgets and internal profitability work. You will be an excellent communicator with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.We are an office-first agency offering a great degree of flexibility. This means we work and come together in our office spaces up to 2 days a week to collaborate share ideas innovate and be creative creating the best work together.YOU SHOULD APPLY IFYou are relationship-focused and an expert in building strong relationships for lifeYou have excellent writing client management and problem-solving skillsYou are commercially minded and time management negotiation and sales is your thingYou always look out for ways to achieve service efficienciesYou have an eye for detail and can spot opportunities for growth from miles awayYou are able to work autonomouslyYou have experience in a senior Client Services (or equivalent) role (5 years minimum experience)You love all things digital and have a sound understanding of the multiple areas of digital marketing as well SEO Content and SocialYou want to work with a portfolio of global brands who are looking to Rise at Seven for something new and different but most importantly to make an impactTHE JOBObjectivesCome with a naturally inquisitive nature to give yourself a deep understanding of our clients businesses and be a trusted strategic partner to themIdentify opportunities to grow your clients accounts and increase our impact identify what they need before your clients even do working collaboratively with internal teams and our senior management to get things done going beyond the briefManage your clients budgets effectively and always look out for opportunities to maximise profit marginsDeliver first class service to our clients exceeding their expectationsDelegate tasks to internal teams ensuring you keep activities running to schedule and plans established in advance of activityDevelop and maintain a client call schedule and distribute to the relevant people internally always ensuring that they are up to date with the demands of these accountsLead on client meetings for any key accounts youre involved in making sure that slides are up to date and done on timeSpot opportunities to make the way we deliver work for clients better bringing proactive ideas and solutions to relevant Heads of Departments to streamline our approach or find efficienciesResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with our clients ensuring retention targets are metDevelop and implement strategies to grow our client base in line with the overall business strategy and continuously look out for new opportunities on how we can bring more clients inWork with the wider business to deliver strong strategies to match client briefs and ensure we deliver to the clients expectations (and beyond)Lead the client/agency relationships with senior stakeholdersLook after the agencys most valuable accounts and be responsible for the revenue for these accountsSupport Client Services Director acting as an escalation point for Senior Account ManagersMaintain SLAs related to efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that deadlines will be metChair calls and meetings with prospective clients or internal teams sharing agendas and contact reportsConduct document briefings and final reviews of those briefings before it goes out to the clientKeeping all client/agency documentation up to date (WIPs including roadmaps)Be a trusted partner acting as the first escalation point for your portfolio of clientsIdentifying opportunities to upsell and facilitating forthcoming conversationSee all contracts from start to finish including contract negotiation creation of contract and final review of terms of contract and sign offRegularly update CRM software with any cross-selling opportunitiesReporting on client satisfaction and be able to identify ways to continuously improve and maintain thisJoin pitches and assist on new business activities where requiredDeputise for the Client Services Director as and when neededREPORTING TOClient Services DirectorWhat We Can Offer YouThe anticipated salary range is up to 65k depending on experience and job description.30 days holiday allowance plus Bank Holidays.Your Birthday off.Continued learning opportunities.Loyalty holidays - accrue one day extra per anniversary year (up to 5 days).Christmas and New Year shutdown.Access to Private Medical Insurance.Health Cashback plan.Group life assurance scheme.Company pension scheme.Regular socials.Enhanced maternity and paternity leave schemes.Flexible and hybrid working.Bucket list scheme - an opportunity to experience a life dreamEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESAt Rise at Seven we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
