Role Overview As Interim Reward Analyst, you'll play a key role in harmonising reward structures post-acquisition. You'll work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across job architecture and grading frameworks. Key Responsibilities Support the integration of reward structures following a recent acquisition Conduct job evaluations usingWTW Grading methodology Develop and refineJob Architecture frameworksto ensure consistency across functions Analyse compensation data and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reward practices align with business strategy Assist with Workday-related reward processes (desirable but not essential) Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in reward analysis within complex, matrixed organisations Strong understanding ofWTW Gradingand job evaluation methodologies Experience designing or implementingJob Architecture frameworks Advanceddata analysis skills(Excel, Power BI, or similar) Familiarity withWorkdayor other HRIS platforms (preferred) Able to hit the ground running and work independently in a fast-paced environment The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
