We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving the education sector. Our client, a top-tier MSP, is dedicated to providing innovative IT solutions that enhance the educational experience. Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of educational institutions, managing their accounts with a high level of customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work closely with clients to develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and support.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and present new service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest and most effective IT solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the unique IT needs and challenges faced by educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with MSP operations and service delivery models is highly desirable.
