Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with various projects. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Assist with accounts queries & duties.
**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in accounts duties.
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
