A bit about Us

Loungers is a substantial and growing operator in the UK hospitality sector, operating over 260+ sites in England and Wales across three distinct but complementary brands, Lounges, Cosy Club, and Brightside. A bit about the role

Due to our expansion, we must also grow our HQ support team, which is why we are now looking for a fantastic individual to join us as a People Coordinator. This role is all about providing hands on support to the variety of functions that directly support our teams that run our lovely Lounges, Cosy Clubs and Brightside sites. You can expect to work with all functions across our people team, from ER, to Payroll, to Recruitment and more This diverse and challenging role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone who wants an opportunity to enter a successful hospitality business.
