We are looking for an Acute Programme Delivery specialist to support the delivery of Operational Improvement objectives by providing programme support, governance and delivery assurance on site at an NHS Acute Trust in the North West of England.
PURPOSE You will use your skills as a Programme Support Officer or Project Manager to be the hub of the wheel for this Operational Transformation Delivery team, working flexibly and at pace whilst interacting with clinical and non-clinical Trust staff, the onsite programme team and our Consultancy HQ; you will be providing programme support, status updates, reporting and delivery assurance. Support around the gathering and interpretation of data would also be appreciated.

You are proactive, resilient and a self starter able to work with changing priorities. Experience of Operational redesign, Operational improvement and Urgent Care Pathway transformation is required. Experience of patient flow from the UEC to the wards would be highly regarded.
WHY WORK WITH PRACTICUS? We’ve been supporting the NHS with provision of senior interims and Consultancy since 2004. We care about what we do as much as you care about what you do. If you feel you could help our client and the many people whose lives would be improved and enriched by successful delivery of this programme, then I’d absolutely love to hear from you.
EXPERIENCE:
-Recent experience as a PSO/Project/Programme Manager who has dealt with delivery of Acute operational improvement in UEC, patient flow in the NHS setting.
