ServiceNow Principal Architect Technical Lead

Youll be the technical leader responsible for shaping the blueprint, creating governance and delivery frameworks, and setting platform strategy that future teams will follow.Operating as the SME, youll steer complex programmes, act as design authority, and directly influence how ServiceNow is introduced, delivered and scaled across enterprise clients. Youll mentor consultants, guide senior stakeholders, and ensure best practice from day one.Security matters here: you must hold SC Clearance (or have previously been cleared), and applications are restricted to UK citizens only. Youll typically spend two days per week in the London office, with flexibility for national candidates.Whats in it for you Up to £150,000 + full package Lead the creation of a new ServiceNow practice, frameworks and delivery standards Full autonomy to define architecture, governance and platform direction A global consultancy investing heavily in ServiceNow capability Flexibility around onsite presence, open to national candidates Influence future service offerings and technical accelerators What youll be getting stuck into Building the technical foundation of the ServiceNow practice (architecture, frameworks, governance, roadmaps) Leading end-to-end technical delivery across complex programmes Translating requirements into scalable architecture aligned with best practice Acting as technical design authority across ITSM and wider ServiceNow modules Coaching and mentoring technical teams, establishing long-term standards Contributing to implementation methodologies and reusable market offerings Working within Agile/Scrum teams and ensuring compliance (ISO 27007, SOC 2, HIPAA) What youll bring to the table as ServiceNow Principal Architect Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) Direct ServiceNow implementation experience (ITSM as a minimum) Broad experience across enterprise technology design and implementation Deep platform capability including integrations, APIs, Java/JavaScript, infrastructure Architect-level cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure / GCP) ITIL V4 certification Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement Active or previous SC Clearance and UK citizenship To apply for this role as ServiceNow Principal Architect, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
