Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow architectures. Guide technical teams, ensuring high standards through code reviews, architectural governance, and mentoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, integration strategies, and platform enhancements. Stay ahead of emerging trends including GenAI, cloud infrastructure, and automation to drive platform innovation. Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in enterprise environments. Leading ServiceNow development teams with a strong focus on quality and scalability. 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications and ideally Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Experience across at least 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SAM). Advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ServiceNow integrations. Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority capacity. Bonus: GenAI exposure, ITILv4 certification, SC clearance (or eligibility).
