Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including deep dives into numerical data.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports on financial performance and procurement activities.
  • Manage and analyse multiple supply bids.
  • Develop and produce robust business cases, ensuring adherence to the Green Book guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CCAB/CIMA).
  • Proven experience in finance and procurement within public sector organisations would be preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing and contributing to business cases.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Green Book guidelines is essential.
  • Previous experience in IT transformation and/or contact centre business is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
