Taking the necessary andappropriate actions to address any inappropriate behaviour or low standards.Hold regular shift team meetings on daily and weekly objectivesProviding direction and feedback to technicians during shifsEffective handover with the other shift lead roleParticipate in work activities, leading by demonstration, and showing them how to do the job effectively whererequired.Assist in training and coaching new employeesProviding customer service and managing complaintsPrompt and correct documentation of incidents.To ensure that communications are maintained between the technical supervisors & client relating to the progress of work orders.To perform duties of a person authorised to issue permits to work.
