DescriptionAre you passionate about precision compliance and delivering exceptional payroll services across multiple countries Join our team as an EMEAI Payroll Specialist where youll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations for our diverse workforce.This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the UK or Poland.ResponsibilitiesManage multi-country payroll activities and ensure timely accurate data submission to our outsourced vendorOversee payroll compliance with local laws and regulations across the EMEAI regionPerform internal controls to safeguard financial data and employee privacyAct as the first point of escalation for payroll queries and resolve operational issuesCollaborate with internal teams (Finance HR Global Payroll) and external partnersSupport payroll transition and implementation projects including Time & Attendance systemsPrepare year-end reporting and ensure compliance with tax and social security requirementsIdentify process improvements and drive continuous efficiency initiativesProvide accurate forecasts and reporting to support Finance and GSC functionsQualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance Business Administration HR or equivalent experienceIdeally educated to A-level or similar; NVQ in Business Finance or AdministrationPayroll certifications preferred (CPA BF or comparable)Additional European language skills (especially French) are a plusSkills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of EMEAI payroll practices and complianceExperience with multi-country payroll operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with payroll systems and controls; project experience is advantageousWhat we can offer you...Work-life balance that supports your wellbeingCompetitive compensation programmeCareer growth opportunities in a truly international environmentBe part of innovation leaders in the protective coatings industryAccess to Sherwin Academy for continuous training at all levelsWellbeing mental health women & inclusion networks and support and ID&E programmes that make a difference#LI-JR1Required Experience:IC Key Skills Data Entry,Paychex,QuickBooks,Accounting,10 Key Calculator,Paylocity,Microsoft Excel,Payroll,ADP,Administrative Experience,Human Resources,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
