**Salary**: £30-35,000pa FTE
Hours: Part-Time 16 hours per week
Location: Oxford/Hybrid
A leading organisation in its field is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their organisation to process payroll across multiple countries as well as benefits administration.
This is a part-time position working 16 hours a week which can be spread over 4 or 5 days. This is also a hybrid role and the days in the office can also work around your needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Payroll administration for countries across Europe ensuring all monthly deadlines are met.
- Administration of all UK and European benefits.
- Collating data and performing checks for annual renewal.
- Updating the systems with new joiners, leavers and data changes.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR database.
To be considered for this Payroll & Benefits Administrator position applicants must have experience of processing UK payroll and have excellent verbal and written communication skills (ideally with fluency in French, Italian, German or Dutch language). If youpossess experience of processing European/Global payrolls, this is highly desirable.
