**EMEA Payroll And Benefits Administrator - £35k Pro Rata £22k - Oxford - 24 hours a week**
I have been approached by a company in Oxford who are gradually growing across 6 countries in Europe and they are searching for a payroll Admin to join the tight nit Hr function. They are an extremely progressive company with a lot of diversity throughoutthe company.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Payroll administration for all six geographies, including:
- Preparing and inputting appropriate payroll information on HRIS
- Processing payroll to completion
- meeting all monthly payroll process deadlines
- Administration of all UK and EU benefits, including:
- Updating the benefits platform with new joiners, leavers and firm member data changes
- Active benefits membership listing management
- Collating and checking data
- Responding to and resolving pay and benefits queries
- Supporting payroll and benefit audits
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Administration and maintenance of employee files and the HR database (Access)
- Collaborating with the Business Support community to provide a strong and collaborative service
**What you will need**:
- Experience in UK and European payroll and benefit administration
- IT literate with experience of using HR and payroll databases
- Strong understanding of data protection legislation
- speak and write fluently in French or Italian (highly desirable) or German or Dutch (desirable)(Not a requirement)
