REF 28898 - REGISTERED MANAGER – RETFORD AREA – GOOD RATED LEARNING DISABILITIES SERVICE - £34000 + EXTENSIVE BENEFITSForest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of residential care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability across the UK.This innovative provider is currently seeking a Registered Manager for an established and Good rated residential care home in the Retford area.This role will oversee an established staff team delivering specialist care and service for individuals with a Learning Disability.The Registered Manager in Retford will: * Oversee the running of an established service ensuring its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, recruitment, training and administration. * Build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of local stakeholders and families. * Ensure effective auditing across the service to continually drive improvements. * Oversee and develop an established staff team.The Registered Manager in Retford will need: * Experience of holding registration for residential care, supported living or domiciliary care services for individuals with a Learning Disability/Autism. * Experience of developing services and thorough knowledge of CQC regulations. * Experience of working in Learning Disability or Autism specialist services. * Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification or willing to work towards.The Registered Manager in Retford will enjoy a range of benefits including: * £34,000 base salary. * Leading employee benefits and training and development schemes * Career progression * Pension and Life AssuranceIf you would like to accelerate your leadership career within a national provider of care and support services for individuals with a Learning Disability, please contact Mark Stevens at Forest Care Selection
