Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Bookkeeper

You will have in-depth knowledge of Sage 50 accounts including:

  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Recording and maintaining accounts receivable and payable. Managing payment runs for accounts payable.
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Producing and reconciling VAT returns (Knowledge of partial VAT Exemption required)

Processing payroll and pension contributions using Sage One payroll.

  • Calculating staff bonuses
  • Calculating staff overtime
  • SSP,SMP

Liaising with accountants

Producing monthly management accounts

This is a 12 hour week. Flexible on when the hours are worked but must be on site during opening hours. (Monday to Saturday 9-5).
