Your Mission:


As the Head of Marketing, you will be the architect of the brand's growth, responsible for crafting and executing a marketing strategy that not only captures attention but drives tangible results. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring the brand not only stands out in the luxury market but sets the standard. With your strategic vision, you'll oversee everything from new product development to creative campaigns, digital innovation to in-store experiences, all while ensuring the brand’s essence remains intact.


What You’ll Do:


  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK, aligning with the brand's mission and objectives. Your insights will drive growth, harnessing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive analysis to pinpoint new opportunities.
  • Innovation in New Product Development: Lead the charge on all new product launches, from concept to market. You’ll work closely with the founder, using consumer insights to guide the development process and ensure every product resonates with the audience.
  • Brand Leadership: Be the guardian of the brand. Oversee the creation of captivating campaigns that reflect the luxury image and values. You’ll ensure that every piece of communication is on-brand, compelling, and consistent across all channels.
  • Digital & E-commerce Mastery: Propel the online presence to new levels. From SEO to social media, you’ll drive digital strategies that increase engagement and boost sales, collaborating with the E-commerce Lead to optimize the online customer journey.
  • Retail Marketing Excellence: Lead in-store initiatives and high-profile events that elevate the brand's visibility and consumer engagement. Your work will leave a lasting impression on customers and drive significant sales growth.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Lead and nurture a small, dynamic team, fostering creativity and high performance. Collaborate across all departments, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, effective, and profitable.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the UK marketing budget with precision, reporting on campaign performance, and ensuring every pound spent maximises ROI.


Who You Are:


  • Entrepreneurial Visionary: You’re excited about building something new from the ground up. You think big, but you’re also adept at translating vision into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic & Analytical: A structured thinker with strong analytical skills, you can interpret complex data and turn it into clear, effective strategies.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: You have a creative flair with a deep understanding of luxury branding. Your eye for detail ensures that every campaign is executed to perfection.
  • Experienced Leader: With 7-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role within the luxury sector (ideally luxury beauty), you know how to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Luxury Enthusiast: Your passion for luxury is palpable, and you have a proven track record of creating marketing magic in this space. Experience with new product development and working with formulators is a strong plus.


Educational Background:


  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree or MBA would be a valuable addition to your profile.
