Program Coordinator

This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars officeAs a Program Coordinator youll be the driving force behind successful marketing services programs for our clients. Youll architect and deliver integrated campaigns ranging from single-product initiatives to complex multi-product solutions.What Youll DoDesign pre-sales program architecture working closely with our sales teamsCoordinate delivery across multiple functional areas including creative marketing advertising and audience extensionManage diverse marketing services products including:Custom content (white papers infographics)Lead generation products (webinars content syndication)Digital advertising sponsorships with branded elementsNative content and newsletter campaignsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure timely delivery of all program componentsQualifications : Bachelors Degree in Marketing Journalism Business or related field2 years experience in project management marketing or comparable roleStrong understanding of marketing services program delivery standardsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple client groupsCommitment to continuous learning about industry trends and standardsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdditional Information : We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
