This role is a key interface point for the global Aftermarket organisation and will work closely with Engineering Procurement Quality and the Value Streams to ensure we are delivering on customer commitments. Aftermarket Operations has launched the Repair & Reuse for Resilience transformation program with an objective to build a more resilient supply chain by ensuring we are driving the right priorities through the different elements of the Repair value stream (authoring sourcing FAIR readiness industrialization supplier performance and SUM conversion and consumption); therefore this role will have a high level of visibility and requires a candidate with the ability to drive change across the addition the ideal candidate must be able to plan and coordinate many different kinds of activities in a diverse technical environment.What you will be doing:Leadership of the Repair & Reuse for Resilience transformation program acting as a cross-functional integration point with Engineering Procurement Quality and the Value StreamsImplementation of the Operating Management System within Repair and Used MaterialDrive and coach the maturity of other relevant production system requirements and standards across the business. Ensure adequate capability solutions are in place.
