Operational Resilience Lead Oliver James are seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to step into the role of Operational Resilience Lead for a leading General Insurer. You will own, develop, and embed the organisation's Operational Resilience framework, driving governance and ensuring regulatory alignment across the business. Main Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the Operational Resilience framework including policies, RACI, methodologies, and documentation. Lead Operational Resilience governance, chair working groups, and manage training. Coordinate with internal teams and third parties, maintaining communication and oversight. Manage PRA/FCA communications and regulatory submissions. Oversee annual review of Important Business Services (IBS) and impact tolerances. Monitor IBS performance and prepare recommendations for senior management. Complete annual resource mapping and lead vulnerability assessments with third parties. Maintain vulnerability and remediation logs, incorporating cyber audit findings. Plan and oversee scenario testing, document results, and coordinate actions.
