DescriptionJob Title: EHCP CoordinatorSalary:per annum(pro rata if part-time)Grade:DContract Type:PermanentWorking Hours:37 hours per weekWe are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a collaborative creative approach to working with professionals children young people and their families. You must have the ability to analyse information from various sources and develop plans that empower children and young people to reach their full potential.
