Job DescriptionBank Receptionist Woodlands Hospital Bank HoursThe roleWe are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a Bank contract. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients Consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative the ability to work within a team and must be computer literate experience with Word and Outlook being essential.Where youll be basedWoodland Hospital is one of Northamptons leading private hospitals part of Ramsay Health Care UK one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. We are proud to be in partnership with some of the most qualified and experienced Consultants along with dedicated staff who are highly trained and pride themselves on maintaining the highest levels of patient care to encourage a full and speedy recovery.What you will bring with youExperience in a front facing or customer service roleMaths/English to GCSE level or equivalentProven organisational and communication skills at all levels both written and oral.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databasesAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skillsPositive willing attitudeSelf-motivated and possess strong organisational interpersonal and above all customer service skills.What is a Bank contract:A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an ad-hoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability leaving you with a greater work-life balance.
