Reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's digital transformation strategy ensuring the roadmap of technology projects are aligned to the business goals.


The role involves driving innovation, improving processes, and fostering a digital culture across the company to enhance customer and colleague experience, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.


The successful candidate needs to be a visionary leader with expertise across technology, change management and business strategy that can shape and lead a diverse digital transformation portfolio with projects ranging across marketing, customer management, business operations and back-office functions.


  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive digital transformation efforts.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions.
  • Support impact assessment and business cases related to new technology solutions.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the organization’s digital transformation roadmap ensuring alignment with long-term business strategies and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key digital projects and areas of innovation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support digital adoption.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations through digitalization.
  • Implement omnichannel strategies to provide seamless and personalized customer experiences.
  • Utilize digital tools and data analytics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Establish data governance frameworks to ensure the integrity and quality of enterprise data.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, digital thinking, and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Identify training programs to upskill employees and promote a digitally fluent workforce.


What we’re looking for


  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing digital transformation or innovation.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and drive change.
  • Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams toward a shared vision.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in navigating organizational change and fostering digital adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving business challenges.
  • Experience in delivering change that seamlessly integrates digital channels with 3rd party services and operational systems in particular CRM, Finance and HR.
  • Experience of tracking and reporting on portfolio/project spend against IT Budgets.
  • Direct line management of IT project delivery managers and PMO coordinator.


Technical Knowledge


  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud platforms, data management, data analytics, and automation.
  • Recent experience of Salesforce cloud products or similar CRM / Workflow capabilities.
  • Practical experience of a range of project and business change methodologies.
