The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office.Responsibilities:- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management- Type, computerise, and distribute documents as needed- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning- Book in deliveries / deal with suppliers- Support the team with organisational tasks to enhance office efficiencyExperience:- Proven experience in an office or administrative role- Strong typing skills and attention to detail- Excellent computer literacy- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management tasks- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficientlyHours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm
