This is more than a reporting role - it's a potential Finance Director position, offering genuine exposure to senior leadership, investors, and strategic decision-making. The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in leading the finance function day to day while driving performance and supporting growth initiatives across the group. You'll own financial control and reporting, but you'll also have a strong FP&A and business partnering focus - helping shape the strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading month-end, management accounts, and statutory reporting Developing and owning budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models Providing detailed commercial analysis and insight to support key decisions Partnering with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency Strengthening financial controls, systems, and processes in line with PE expectations Supporting M&A activity, investment appraisals, and integration workstre...
