ROLE SUMMARY: ASSISTANT FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
The Other House Assistant Front of House Manager has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house, serving a mix of guests, members and residents. Our Assistant Front of House Manager has a strong background in a hotel Front of House supervisory role with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalised resident/member service.
About you:
- Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills.
- An entrepreneurial personality who can think outside of the box, drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the House
- Ideally previous experience in an overnight Front of House role
- A flair for intuitive service
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- Second language (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, engaging personality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- The right to work in UK
